Updated: Mar 9, 2022

The private initiative #health4ukriane cares for persons and persons in need of care with physical and mental disabilities and is looking for free care places for these handicapped fellow human beings from Ukraine (please report free vacancies unbureaucratically athttps://www.health-h.de/health4ukraine).

"We could already help many, many concerning" says Björn Zeien, co-initiator of #health4ukraine and continues "further care-needy ones were fetched by a convoy, also with patient transporters of Automobile Sodermanns, at the Ukrainian Polish border and are up-to-date on the way into nursing facilities within Germany."

Silvana Loß describes that an elderly woman with severely limited mobility was transported for 12 hours lying on a mattress in the trunk. "We had great difficulty getting you out of the trunk." The woman arrived in Halle with only a blanket and two photos and, in tears, thanked Silvana over and over again.

The other initiator of health4ukraine, Sascha Platen, is currently in Ukraine organizing relief trips. "We have to do everything we can to help the disadvantaged in particular". He fears, "For a long time this will no longer be possible!"

With the help of Christine Vogler, likewise initiators #health4ukraine, a lot of supporters could be won. "Through the participating companies and associations we build trust in us, which helps us a lot in addressing care facilities" said Christine Vogler.

All initiators thank you very much for the great response, the immense support of facilities and private offers, for the many companies and associations as well as for sharing in the social media channels. Everything together contributes to the fact that we can help many people in need of care!
